History of production "Vladimirtsa"
The history of the tractor T-25 "Vladimirets" began back in 1966. The tractor was produced at once in two enterprises: the Kharkov and Vladimir plants. Due to its technical characteristics, the tractor could be used for all kinds of agricultural work. In the period from 1966 to 1972, the tractor was manufactured in Kharkov, after which the main manufacturer of the T-25 was moved to Vladimir. Due to this, the tractor was named “Vladimirets”.
Specifications, features of the device tractor
The technical device of the tractor as a whole is similar to the majority of tractors of this class.This is confirmed, above all, by its appearance, as well as the location of the main nodes. However, the "Vladimirets" has only its inherent features.
For example, wheelsets can be adjusted to the desired track width. The front wheels can be rearranged in the range from 1200 to 1400 mm. The difference between the rear wheels can be changed to 1100-1500 mm. Thanks to this particular structure, the tractor can perform various tasks, including maneuvering in a limited space. On the tires, grousers are installed so that the permeability is as large as possible.
The T-25 tractor, whose engine power is equal to 25 horsepower, has a fuel consumption of 223 g / kWh, even under the condition of maximum power.
Fuel is supplied directly, and an air system is used for cooling.
Initially, the T-25 tractor was produced with a single two-door cab.To ensure greater reliability for the driver, the workplace was strengthened with a safety cage. Thanks to the panoramic glazing and rear-view mirrors, the driver had an excellent overview. In the case of all-season work, the tractor has ventilation and heating system.
What can help the tractor, the capabilities of the T-25 on your site
Tractor "Vladimirets" refer to the 0.6 traction class. Relatively weak power does not interfere with the performance of a fairly extensive range of work. Based on the attachments, the tractor can be used:
- when preparing fields for harvesting or planting;
- for construction and road works;
- to perform work in the greenhouse, garden and vineyard;
- working with feeders, the tractor can be used as a traction drive;
- to provide loading and unloading operations and transportation of goods.
How to start the tractor engine
The T-25 tractor and its technical characteristics allow it to be operated in various conditions. The tractor is wound up in winter and summer time a little differently.
In order to start the engine in the summer, you need:
- Make sure the gear lever is in neutral.
- Switch the fuel control lever to full feed mode.
- Turn off the decompression lever.
- Turn the starter 90 ° and turn on the engine.
- Fire the engine with a starter for 5 seconds and turn off decompression. Turn off the starter after the engine starts to gain momentum.
- Check the engine at high and medium revs for a few minutes.
Starting the engine in the winter
In winter, for easier engine start, use a candle to heat the air. It is located in the intake manifold. Before you start the engine, you need to turn on the glow plug. To do this, turn the ignition key 45º clockwise and hold for 30-40 seconds (the spiral on the instrument panel will turn red). Then turn on the starter by turning the key another 45º. The starter should not work more than 15 s. If the engine does not start - repeat the action in a couple of minutes.To start a warm engine, a glow plug and a decompressor are not needed. It is strongly not recommended to start the “Vladimirets” with the help of towing, it may cause damage to the tractor, for example, to break the fuel pump.
Analogs T-25 in the market of agricultural equipment
The T-25 is a 100% universal tractor, but, like every car, it has its own counterparts. These include the tractor T-30F8, which has a four-wheel drive and an improved engine with steering. Universal-tilled TZO-69, used in agricultural work, is also considered an analogue of the Vladimirtsa. The main analogues come from China. These include mini-tractors such as the FT-254 and FT-254, Fengshou FS 240.
