It was created relatively recently in Ukraine by breeding several other varieties (detailed information on its selection is not being distributed yet), has not yet been included in the State Register of the Russian Federation.

Truly a variety of potatoes "Gourmet" from many other varieties, distinguish tubers. No matter how surprising it may sound, but their skin has a dark purple color and a rather dense thickness. Externally, the fruits of "Gourmet" more resemble beets than regular potatoes.
