One of Manhattan's most iconic hotels, The St. Regis New York, debuts a new era of glamour after undergoing a dramatic renovation. The hotel unveiled the renovated and redesigned guestrooms, suites and public spaces recently, along with the new King Cole Bar & Salon.
The coveted King Cole Bar, Manhattan's most storied meeting place and home to the original Bloody Mary, reveals not only its new interiors but also, through a partnership with Chef John DeLucie, an innovative new culinary direction as the King Cole Bar & Salon.
Working closely together, St. Regis Executive Chef, Baasim Zafar and Chef DeLucie have created an exclusive menu of modern classics. "I want to create an unexpected dining experience that mirrors what is unique about The St. Regis New York - a place where old world glamour meets contemporary luxury, where the food is exciting and memorable, and the service is eternally impeccable," said Chef DeLucie.
Offering an elevated dining area, a long communal table for large parties, and residential seating surrounding a dramatic new open fireplace, the reimagined space features a comfortable, convivial and inviting ambiance where uptown sophistication meets downtown chic.
The legendary King Cole Bar is open daily at noon and is in the heart of the landmark hotel at 2 East 55th Street.
