Yellow, orange or red bicoloured flowers have distinct dark red or black spots. American hybrids belong to rhizomatous lilies.
The American hybrids include varieties of Del North, Buttercap, Shuksan (golden lilies), Cherry Wood (red lilies) and San Gabriel.
Long-flowered hybrids, longiflorum
Longiflorum hails from Japan. In Europe, these hybrids appeared only in the middle of the 19th century and were the only lilies that were bred on an industrial scale. 
Longiflorum has graceful large leaves and white flowers of tubular form, located perpendicular to the trunk. The main difference of this hybrid is double bloom - in the summer and in the end of October.

Tubular and Orlean hybrids have a complex hybrid origin and are among the most valuable groups of lilies.Currently, the number of varieties of tubular hybrids is inferior in number only to varieties of Asian hybrids.
The flowers of tubular hybrids have a varied shape and color (white, cream, yellow to orange or pink, often with a contrasting star-colored "throat"). The diameter of the fragrant flower is 17 cm.
Tubular lilies are flowers that grow from 120 to 190 cm in height, have a strong stem and large basal leaves. Resistant to temperature extremes.
Ribbed hybrids bloom very long, flowering occurs in the period from June to October. However, each year the flowering time may be different.
