Then placed in jars and rolled.
Paste
Prepared fruit (1 kg) with a glass of quince juice is simmered until the liquid is doubled and the berries are soft. A lot of mash and fray through a sieve. Then add sugar (3 cups) and boil until it is dissolved, add a cup of chopped nuts.
Marmalade
A pound of fruit, eight glasses of sugar and a glass of water are boiled for half an hour on low heat, and when they start to boil, they are removed from the heat. A bag (25 g) of gelatin is pre-soaked with water and left to swell. Boil the mass in the pan to remove, cool and grind through a sieve from large pieces, put back on fire.
Absorbed water gelatin is added to the fruit syrup and, stirring, brought to dissolve in the mass. The finished marmalade is poured into molds and left to cool.
Sea buckthorn is a unique fruit, it is not for nothing that pharmacologists use it to create many medicines, and there is nothing to say about traditional medicine.
