PREVIOUSLY: Australian actress Cate Blanchett is looking to move on from the historic estate in Sydney, Australia, that she shares with her husband Andrew Upton.

According to the LA Times, Blanchett is asking for $14.75 million for the five-bedroom home, known as Bulwarra, which sits in upscale Hunters Hill, the oldest garden suburb in Australia. The estate also has sweeping views Lane Cove River and the surrounding landscapes, and direct access to the river itself.

The sandstone home was built in 1877, but was renovated in 2007 by architects Nadine Alwill and Stephen Lesiuk, according to Curbed, who doubled the home's floor space and brought in modern design elements, such as the eye-catching glass front and floating steel staircase. And according to listing agent Ken Jacobs of Christie's International Real Estate, the renovation resulted in an eco-friendly home.

Luxurious details abound in the home, from the chef's grade kitchen to the library with double height ceilings, and the entire property is swathed in neutral colors and clean lines. Outside, a tennis court, swimming pool, guest house, spa and dining pergola create a welcoming atmosphere perfect for indoor/outdoor living.
